How to bring this into everyday life
Have you ever felt that your well-being depends on the actions of others? Or that you have no way out of this situation? Or maybe you regularly have the desire to escape to a deserted island?
All of these are not obvious symptoms of a lack of self-care.
I invite you to talk about what self-care means, why you need it, and how you can incorporate it into your life on many different levels.
Together we will cover:
- what egoism means and what it has to do with self-care
- how someone lives who loves himself
- what self-care means on a physical, emotional and decisional level.
