I am a mathematician, data science manager, alternative practitioner for psychotherapy and coach with a focus on positive psychology. This unique combination enables me to combine analytical clarity with a deep understanding of human behavior.
My focus is on helping people and teams to sustainably improve their relationships and leadership skills. Using scientifically based methods, practical strategies and a clear, structured approach, I help you to resolve conflicts, optimize communication and master personal or professional challenges.
